Some time ago, we were contacted by the Editors of Nest Magazine, an incredible quarterly magazine about interior design, to assist them in presenting an article about songs that feature homes and that included covers with depictions of homes and home interiors. We shared images and information about a number of songs with that theme and the results are being published this month (May, 2002) in Nest's summer 2002 issue.

The result of this collaboration was our own realization that such a theme was a natural for us so this month we present a feature on songs about house and home that we think is interesting and features some wonderful songs from our American popular music history. Most of the songs featured this month will appear in Nest's issue so we urge you to go find a copy of Nest to augment your enjoyment of the theme. This month's feature of course includes one of the world's greatest and most lasting popular songs, Home Sweet Home. Join us in celebrating the music of home.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sibelius have created an Active-X Scorch player that works with MSIE. WEB-TV USERS! We know that the Scorch player will not work with WEB-TV and will continue to provide midi versions of our songs for you. For your added enjoyment we have now added viewable lyrics to our feature. Simply click the "Lyrics" link to see the full lyrics for the song you are listening to.
